The Xanadu Restaurant
Xanadu Restaurant specializes in French and International cuisine. We are proud to have continuously won Certificates of Excellence in Trip Advisor since 2014. In addition to the exquisite food and service, you can enjoy one of the best views of the beach and the golf course.
We also offer a banquet module for groups of up to 120 people. The same can be arranged in one or several rooms.
La Terraza Lounge, with sea view has a capacity for 50 diners, The Red Room, the Mansion’s original dining room has capacity for 32 diners, and the Lobby’s Main Hall has capacity for 100 diners.
Casa Blanca Panoramic Bar
The Casa Blanca Panoramic Bar is located on the top floor of the Xanadú Mansion, with stunning views of the sea, the golf course, and the beach of Varadero.
It is also known for the quality and excellence of its services. It was originally the party hall of the the residence. The bar has also maintained Certificates of Excellence in Trip Advisor since 2014. It offers a wide selection of appetizers, with the best brands of aperitives, hard liquors, beers, wines, and cocktails.

19 Hoyo Snack Bar
The 19 Hoyo (hole) Snack ck Bar is located right beside the golf course. And it always open to welcome you after a day of golf or to serve you a very cold refreshment on your way to the beach.
Its menu includes an ample selection of national and international cocktails as well as light cuisine.
